Belgium-based Hydrex Underwater Technology has received full class acceptance from several classification societies to perform underwater stern tube seal repairs, according to a company statement.

Hydrex carries out repairs and replacements on all types of seals underwater. Using Hydrex flexible mobile mini drydocks, response to emergencies is available around the world. The mobdocks create a dry underwater working environment around a seal assembly.
